Chris is amazing and I couldn’t imagine buying or selling a home in that area again without using him!

I have known Chris personally for years, and he has helped us as a realtor with the sale of 2 homes and subsequent purchase of 3 homes in the last 5 years. As a frequent customer of his, I’ve seen Chris as a trustworthy businessman, intelligent real estate agent, and most important to me - a trusted advisor and ally to his clients. In the era of Zillow and FSBO homes, our experience has been that working with Chris is the only way to buy or sell a home based on professional expertise, resources, and customer service. In our last deal, our home purchase offer was contingent upon the sale of our prior home, which had not been listed at the time. In a matter of 2.5 days from the offer we made, Chris setup professional pictures, got our house on the market, arranged a showing and we accepted a full price offer. Chris’ advice and calm demeanor were very helpful during a stressful time, and he continued to help us after the signed offer through the negotiation, inspection follow up, and closing process. I don’t take the time to write many reviews, but I consider this one a privilege. I highly recommend Chris to anyone, and strongly recommend using a professional realtor like Chris for the purchase or sale of your home.

Chris did a great job of helping us get the home ready for market and suggested the right upgrades for us to maximize the sale price. He sold the house quickly and was always helpful with any and all questions that came up during the process.

Chris has gotten is two houses and sold one of them and each time he has done a fantastic job helping us and his recommendations are greatly valued.

Chris, thanks for all of your hard work! I know we looked at a lot of houses together but we found the right one together, thanks!

Chris assisted me in selling a previous home. So I had no problem having Chris assist me in looking for a new home. Chris kept on problems until they were worked out during the offer of my new home. I felt confident having Chris as my realtor.

Chris Chiaramonte was outstanding. We were friends with Chris for a short time before we began the home buying process and after buying a house, it cemented the friendship all the more. Chris was very approachable and timely. He was welcoming and not pushy at all. He let us lead the way and took care of the items on his end in a professional manner. Knowing the industry and the neighborhood we were looking in provided great benefits to us. We highly recommend Chris to any home buyer.
