Chris was referred to us by a family member as an excellent realtor with a reputable company. We had lived in our home for many years so the thought of selling and buying a new home was a bit overwhelming.Chris met with us and went through the whole process in a way that was manageable. He offered good advice as to how to get the home ready to sell and all the steps involved. He was very friendly and available to answer many texts and calls. He made us feel very comfortable through the process. We would recommended Chris and Century 21 to friends and family.

This was the first time working with a realtor and buying my first home. Although the overall process of buying a home is stressful and draining, Chris Chiaramonte did an amazing job helping me through the whole process. He was always very patient, understanding, and easy to reach if I was ever concerned, or needed anything. I've always heard horror stories about realtors. However, if you find a good one, like Chris Chiaramonte, the process isn't so bad. Knowing that there is always someone that is on your side through the whole process, is extremely helpful! Chris definitely went over and beyond with making sure I was alright through the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I would recommend Chris Chiaramonte to everyone, he is such a wonderful person! Thanks Chris!

Chris was very helpful throughout our home sale and purchase process. He helped walk us through the pricing and eventual sale of our former home and the purchase of the new home. Chris was very knowledgeable of the closing process, he remained accessible and approachable and we would highly recommend him.

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the process. Would have no hesitation to work with Chris again.

Chris was fantastic to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions and set up multiple showings within 24 hours of properties hitting the market. I would highly recommend him.

Chris exceeded all expectations I had in selling my condo. Before listing my place I was apprehensive as I had a lot of trouble selling it in the past, but then Chris came along and sold it in a month for the full price! Chris maintained regular contact with me throughout the process, and handled everything so quickly it blew my mind. I'll recommend him to any friends or family, and if I move back into the area he'll be the first person I call.
