Chris is super communicative and knowledgeable. He's never pushy about what he thinks we should do, but he makes his recommendations clear. Love working with him!

Chris has done a fantastic job for both our home search and selling the existing home. He's always honest about concerns, quick to respond, flexible to our schedule, and fought hard for us when we had issues or concerns with a seller/agent/prospective home.

Chris was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and communicates well. He made some excellent suggestions of things to fix up and was honest about what improvements wouldn't pay off. He worked hard showing the home, and negotiated a sale price we're very happy with. A good friend recommended Chris, and based on our experience, I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent realtor.

I have known Chris for years and he was always an outstanding guy( He came from humble beginnings, and he is still humble). Not full of himself as many realtors are. And that's why I always recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. And I use him for all my real-estate transactions. He is honest, humble and down to earth hard working guy.

Bought my first house with Chris Chiaramonte and sold that house a few years later with Chris, so I've seen him handle both sides of the sale. Was great to work with both times and would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a realtor. Very responsive and helpful for all of my basic, first-time questions. Thanks Chris!

I met Chris by chance when I attended an open house I found on Zillow and was still in the daydreaming stage of buying a house. He was welcoming and when I told him I was very early in my first home buying experience, he went out of his way to educate me on the process, set expectations, and made me confident in the process all while letting me form my own opinions and was never overbearing or pushy. Chris was a strong advocate for me during the process and I look forward to using him again in the future.

It turned out that our home had several structural problems. Plus, we had an incident where a tree fell on the house during a wind storm. There were many repairs that needed to be done. And Chris always knew the right technician who could do it for a good price. This was invaluable help

I've worked with Chris multiple times to sell off land that I own. And he does a great job every time. Will keep using him in the future.
