I honestly don't know what Chris could have done better. He's literally the best there is.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional in selling our home. Our home was on the market for two days before being sold. Chris worked with us through the whole process and was quick to respond to all questions. This was our third house to sell and by far the easiest because of Chris and his efforts. I would highly recommend him.

I have known Chris for years, so when it was time to make a purchase I knew I would utilize his services. He offered his knowledge/experience to ensure I did not move forward with a potential bad or troubling investment. He provided referrals for financing and inspections, giving his opinion of each, so I could make informed decisions. He was only a text away if I had questions regarding the process!

Chris went above and beyond in order to accommodate our needs. Since we were purchasing remotely, Chris was integral in doing much of the research ahead of us. This included investing his time and energy in finding homes to look at, looking at houses ahead of us so we weren't wasting our time while visiting, and providing very helpful feedback to make sure we were staying true to our desired attributes. Chris was very kind, patient, and went above and beyond to advocate and provide support when needed.

Chris did a great job gettting use a beautiful house. He knew the best way for us to get the bid.
