We are so thankful to Chris for his dedication to our home search and eventual purchase. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, always available, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I would recommend Chris to anyone in search of purchasing or selling a home. He always had our best interests at the forefront of all of our interactions.

Chris Chiaramonte was really helpful and patient as we handled much of our home purchase, inspection, appraisal and other arrangements from out of town. We appreciated his consistent responsiveness to all of our questions and concerns, and his willingness to interact with the Sellers' Agent to help us have the full picture.

Excellent understanding of Des Moines area and sub communities. Patient and observant .

Chris went above and beyond in communication with me about this home. Due to me being out of state, Chris really worked to get this home for me, especially since the homes were going fast in the price range I could afford. Because I bought this home sight unseen, Chris did his best to video the interior and exterior of the home to show me. He answered my endless questions so patiently too. This being my first cash sale, Chris was patient with my questions and really guided me through the process.

I want to say a big thank you to Chris Chiaramonte for helping us buy and sell our homes. From the very beginning, Chris was super dedicated to helping us out every step of the way. He really understood what we were looking for in a house and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. We went from not looking to making an offer within a few days which I'm sure a lot of work for Chris in a short time but he was always willing to help and was ready to go. Chris was always patient and never made us feel like our questions were silly. He made sure we fully understood everything and gave us all the info we needed. Not only was he good at his job, but he was also really nice to work with. He was always friendly and had a smile on his face. It was clear he was ready to help us out whenever we needed it. In short, Chris Chiaramonte was amazing to work with. He made buying and selling houses easy and enjoyable. He's the kind of real estate pro you want to work with, and we're really thankful for his help.

Chris has sold land for me before. So it was a no brainer to use him again, since we had success together, with prior sales. And we had success with this transaction as well.

He's a very knowledgeable guy who takes all the painful parts of selling a home over for you!

Chris Chiaramonte makes the process as straightforward as possible and is a lot of fun too.
