Chris epitomizes ethics and knowledge, he was extremely accessible and communicative. Chris has a vast amount of experience which easily equips him to be on the ball and counsel through every step of the home selling and buying process. In my experience, Chris has been by far one of the best realtors to work with. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted and knowledgeable realtor.

Chris did an amazing job in navigating a very complex situation. His communication & demeanor were exactly what we needed and he was able to assist us with accomplishing our goals. He is highly recommended!

Chris Hardy goes beyond just excellent. He exceeds expectations you never knew you had until he knocks one out of the park in your favor. Chris is accessible, knowledgable, goes the extra mile, and above all is proactive. He knows what's gong to happen before it does, which gives you a leg up when it does happen–because he sets you up to be ready for every contingency, and to know how you will respond when you need to make a quick decision. Buying a house is not easy... it's something only an intelligent professional can navigate successfully, and Chris is "that guy." You can't fail with Chris Hardy and Elevations Realty. My wife and I never thought we'd ever be able to buy a house again, and here I am writing this review from my new home office... in the neighborhood where my wife and I have wanted to be since our return to Fort Collins in 2020! (A deep bow of gratitude to Chris.)

Chris is amazing! He literally stuck with us for years until he found the perfect house for us. We couldn't have done it without him. He goes above and beyond in all aspects.

I have worked with Chris Hardy for several house transactions (both buying and selling) over the last few years - and it is always an incredible experience! Chris is responsive and knowledgeable with any questions I have about houses, the market, the economy, and any local concerns I have. He has helped us find what our family needs and navigate every step of the buying and selling process. With his assistance, I have always known we are going in the best direction for our family. Chris is also a lot of fun to work with - and has made these large transactions an enjoyable experience. I have also recommended Chris to my family members - and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know!

We had a great experience with Chris Hardy in finding a condo in Fort Collins. Being new to the area, Chris provided an overview of the Fort Collins neighborhoods and showed us houses across the city. Once, we decided on a new condo, Chris, helped us for every step of the process. Chris even helped us meet new friends in Fort Collins at the Elevations Real Estate street celebration in downtown. Thank you Chris!

Chris has taken care of my accounts with great knowledge, skill and compassion. I.ve depended on him for so many phases of selling and buying a house,,,would'nt go through the process without him!

Chris is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. His patience, knowledge and diligence in getting us information and taking care of details was nothing short of amazing. We really could not have done this without him. 11 out of 10, would recommend without reservation.

Chris and his team were very helpful in a rapidly changing market. Chris' understanding of the local market and knowledge of home builds really made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Chris' patience, kindness, and availability made him a no-brainer as the perfect agent for us.
