Chris is THE best. He is always so prompt on his end of dealings, always willing to make himself available to you. We needed to go to the house we ended up buying 3 separate times to get yard & basement measurements for contractors. He made it happen & was so willing & helpful, even offering up suggestions as we asked about basement layout. He is courteous, personable, insanely knowledgeable, prompt, & loyal. There is no one else we would work with in the future. He is simply the best of the best & we feel so fortunate to have had him as our realtor twice now. He advocated for us in negotiating prices well as both sellers & buyers. His attention to detail is immaculate. There was an error on some electronic paperwork sent by the other realtor our buyers used, & Chris immediately made sure it was taken care of. In both experiences with him as our realtor, not even once has he smudged up the electronic paperwork he is in charge of. He is very attentive to detail. He even rearranged our closing date when our paperwork was not signed in time & we had to close at a later date. He arranged for us to close just the morning after, & a notary came to us since I couldn't find a babysitter for my children. He couldn't be a more reliable realtor.
