Working with a relo company I was given 2 options for my listing broker. I selected Christopher Porter, despite presenting the lower (but more realstic) suggested listing price. His understanding of the relo process, the realities of our challange and perhaps more importantly talking us thru what changes/upgrades we should and shouldn't make to the house were critical in getting our home ready and listed quickly. Christopher Porter managed many open houses over multiple weekends for us as panic set in that we may not sell in time for our move. Chris walked us thru the logic of a small price reduction and within 12 days of that our home was under contract. While we were out of state but not closed Chris made sure our home was safe, helped us return internet equipment we left to ensure alarms were working and provided regular updates.
