Christopher Porter is great! He's very personable. We met Chris at an open house and ended up chatting about our wants and needs for about an hour as he shared his insights and experiences. He was very helpful from the very beginning, and that's why we wanted to work with him. After some consideration, we went with a builder; so there was not as much of the usual process where much could be negotiated; but Chris's role as a consultant was invaluable. I'd definitely recommend Chris to others in search of their first home!
