I decided to purchase my first home during the crazy covid market. I thought it would be nothing but stress but Ciaran O'Neill made my adventure so fun and helped me at every step along the way.

Ciaran was very good to understand our needs, a good communicator, respectful & professional, definitely a trustworthy, wonderful A-z buying experience, for sure I recommend him for all family & friends.

It was clear from my first meeting with Ciaran O’Neill that he took my best interests to heart and would ensure that my needs were met. Throughout the entirety of our house hunting adventures I was on crutches with limited mobility. Ciaran took these limitations in stride, with both grace and humour, which readily put me at ease. Ciaran was able able to bring the “whole picture” into play allowing me to make knowledgeable and informed decisions without the worry of missing something critical. He was able to allay any concerns/ fears and, as a result, made this experience relatively stress free. I would recommend Ciaran O’Neill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Edmonton area.

Ciaran was the perfect Real Estate Agent, with COVID restrictions and finding a home in Edmonton while living in British Columbia we needed someone to be our eyes and ears for our home search. Ciaran was so knowledgeable and professional that we felt totally confident with our final home selection and purchase. He did many live virtual walk throughs with us by video chat. We felt like we where right there and Ciaran was amazing pointing out things we might not have noticed or even answering our questions before we even asked them. My wife and I highly recommend Ciaran to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Ciaran was a pleasure to work with as a first time home buyer. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, approachable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions with clear and timely communications. He definitely helped make the first time buying experience easy and smooth. I will absolutely come back to Ciaran for any future real estate business I do.

As a first time buyer, Ciaran was extremely helpful. He took time to explain to me how the real estate transaction worked. He made sure I understood each step as I went through the transaction process. Each house we found he arranged a viewing in a COVID environment. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the areas I was looking into. I would recommend Ciaran O'Neill, and I would go to him again.

Ciaran really helped us with buying the house we really wanted. We are extremely, extremely happy with him!!! He was always available to go with us and look at different houses. At every house he shared he knowledge and explained all the questions we had. He was really helpful in communicating with other realtors, getting the house we wanted and negotiating the price. He asked the previous owners to fix all the things in the house that were bothering us before we signed the final papers. He was always on our side and representing us to the best of his abilities. Also, on the day that we got the keys to our new house he got an awesome welcoming gift for us, which was really thoughtful of him. We are happy with his work and will for sure recommend him to everyone we know!

Ciaran O'Neill is excellent and extremely helpful with everything. He was always on the phone with us with all the updates. Always had time for us to meet up and discuss our question. He helped us sell our property really quickly. The first day it went on the market we got an offer, and sold the property right away, which was awesome. Ciaran is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. We will for sure pick him as our realtor in the future and will recommend him to our family and friends!! Thanks for all the help!!

Ciaran was very professional friendly and went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I had with my door. Made the process of selling my home less stressful. It was awesome dealing with him. Has a good sense of humor, needed it with me. Hope I wasn't to hard to deal with. Made me feel like family. Thank you

Ciaran was referred by my previous realtor from different city. It was the definitely the best decision ever. Ciaran spent the time to understand what was really important for us. He always added valuable recommendations when we were selecting the houses to visit. Ciaran was always flexible to my schedule to make it work and continue with our house hunting. Ciaran is friendly and really professional. 100% I will recommend Ciaran to friends and family. Ciaran, thank you so much! We are really happy with our new home!
