Dana is truly one of a kind. I cannot say enough good things about her. She held our hand through every single step, celebrated the wins with us, calmed our nerves when things got stressful, and treated us like family. Dana worked with me to obtain a house in Bulverde TX. I couldn't see the house in person, but she walked the house with my parents, who are local, and pointed out things that could be negotiated. She worked well with the lender, title company, and sellers agent, keeping us all accountable and up to date. She answered every question we had and was very familiar with the VA loan product/process. Her knowledge and negotiation got our closing cost to essentially zero. She was invaluable to our home purchase and we would absolutely use her again.
