Dana worked with me to obtain a house in Bulverde TX. I couldn't see the house in person, but she walked the house with my parents, who are local, and pointed out things that could be negotiated. She worked well with the lender, title company, and sellers agent, keeping us all accountable and up to date. She answered every question we had and was very familiar with the VA loan product/process. Her knowledge and negotiation got our closing cost to essentially zero. She was invaluable to our home purchase and we would absolutely use her again.

Dana was not only super personable, but she showed us that she was working hard for us. She answered our emails/calls promptly and walked us through a lot of the homebuying process as first-time buyers. She listens and for all intents and purposes we believe she cared that we got what we were asking for.
