She was knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to help us find a home and was there for us every step of the way. Dana was with me every step of the way. She always answered my phone calls and text in a timely manner, either it be in the weekday or weekend. She was always available. she viewed many homes with me and when it came down to closing my home she helped me through the whole process and always recommended me to great local companies to help with my process; ie inspections, home modifications. she always had my best interest in mind. This being my first home, she explained everything in great detail and sat down with me to go over all of it. She took all of my concerns into consideration and never gave up on me. I think that is really important when purchasing your first home. Although, she was my realtor, she made my process feel comfortable and I trusted her judgement. Dana is experienced and patient. She never made me feel like I was just another commission, she honestly made me feel like i was working with a friend/family member. Thats how serious her commitment to my process felt like. 100% recommend and although my process is over, I know I can still contact her about anything and she would help me out. She was an amazing agent and was great at meeting our needs as First time buyers using the va loan.

Dana noticed a $7,000 difference between the sellers required closing costs and her initial assessment. She went to bat for us against the sellers loan agent and kept us both calm in the process. We are first time home buyers, and Dana answered any questions that we had, and we had too many to count. Any house that we wanted to see, she was able to make it out there in as little as two days, and the fastest offer that we put down was able to be submitted within two hours of seeing the house. It made us feel like we were right there in person doing the negotiating, even though we are half a world away. I’ve already recommended her to a friend and I would gladly do it again.
