I had inquired about one of his ads online. It ended up not meeting my needs and Darryl Van Eerde offered to help in any way to show us other options. I decided to recontact with him next evening and surprisingly he responded immediately. Other inquiries to a couple other agents never resulted in any callbacks, but Darryl called back right away. That is why we started our search with him and ended up buying our new home with his assistance. We relocated from Ontario to Alberta. My husband had to come ahead of me for his work transfer. Darryl was very efficient at keeping us both informed even though we were in separate provinces during most of the transactions. We were impressed how well he used technology to facilitate our search, offers and purchase with multiple property search emails, conference calls, and digital signing of documents. He was so organized through it all and made the process so easy on us. Darryl went well beyond our expectations on a number of occassions. He is very knowledgeable about Alberta and helped prepare us for our relocation, as well as finding exactly what we needed. It was comforting to have someone so experienced guiding us through the whole process from start to finish. I would strongly recommended his services. We love our new home and feel it is the perfect place for us. Thank you Darryl!

Darryl was an amazing realtor. He responded very quickly and answered any question or concern I had even when I asked them more then once. He was really good at noticing all the small details that were easily missed with looking for places. He was good at negotiating with the builders and worked hard to get me everything I wanted in the deal.

We would like to thank Darryl Van Eerde for helping us find and purchase our new home. We just bought our first house and Darryl was great to work with. Very patient and knowledgeable, and he always had time for us when we had questions or concerns about the process. I’d highly recommend him for being professional and friendly agent.. Thanks Darryl! We really appreciate your time and efforts. All the best!! - Jay & Vey
