Darryl help me out with what I call the big ticket items roof,furnace,hot water tank. Darryl also listened to what I wanted in a home, my list of must haves was very specific. Darryl also was very quick in booking showings in the homes I was interested in and when it came time for negotiations he was amazing. Darryl is the best in the business! This purchase was for a second home that my mother is to live in. She was very picky in her wants and Darryl took the time to understand that. After we had one deal fall through as a result of the seller which left my mom heart broken we proceeded cautiously and Darryl was very patient. We took a break after that, but when we started looking again Darryl picked up like no time had passed. We found the perfect place put an offer in and he even recommended an all star mortgage broker. We held off on sharing the news with my mom until after the home inspection was complete. We wanted to surprise her at the property and asked Darryl to be apart of the special moment. He graciously agreed and made the surprise better than I could have imagined. It was a special moment that none of us will ever forget.
