David was a saviour in an otherwise unfortunate situation for me. I reached out to him three days before I was even going to be in town to deal with the death of a family member and he was ready to jump in the next day. He answered all my questions, and there were quite a few because I have never had to sell a home before. He was extremely knowledgable and helped in ways that I didn't even think he could and the communication was absolutely amazing. I never had to wait to get updates and he was constantly on the ball. To say that I would recommend him is an enormous understatement because I know the value of the work he does and anyone lucky enough to have him as their realtor will be amazed at what he can do for you in a short period of time. If you're in need of a realtor, reach out to David as soon as you can because based on my personal dealings with him, you will not be disappointed! When I decided to purchase a condo I was not aware how the market had changed within a year. David was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful, David was amazing. We ended up looking at quite a few condos, some were overprices (my opinion, didn't know that the market changed from 2021), some didn't allow dogs and as per their advertising it was not clear, one had way to much damage which came up in the home inspection. So we kept on looking. For me it was frustrating and disappointing, David was so patient which gave me confidence to keep looking. When I made my last offer for the place I ended up purchasing he kept me informed, called and texted every couple of hours, I was on pins and needles until finally on the second day late in the evening I got the news that we were successful. What a celebration. Now that I am moved into my new place David is still staying in touch, still interested how I'm making out, still checking if I require anything, still checking on my dog Kerby. We are all fine and we appreciate his attention. I am a senior and it was a little harder for me to make up my mind, I had a certain area in mind, still looking everywhere else, I felt so comfortable with David as he was ready to take me anywhere, always patient, always on time, checking things out before I even got there.
