Debbie Kerns

If you are looking for someone that goes above and beyond what they say they are going to do look no farther than working with Debbie. Debbie met with us, discussed our plans and helped guide us through the entire process. At the same time of selling our home we were working with another realtor to buy our next home in another city as well as sell an estate property in another state. Both of those transaction experiences pale in comparison to our experience with Debbie. We asked if we could clone her to help out. Debbie is very responsive to any requests that come up during the process and kept us informed along the way. She gave us our options, a recommendation of how to proceed but was more than willing to go in a different direction if we had other ideas. Overall it was a great experience. Our house was on the market for 6 days, we got 5 offers and closed in under three weeks. GEAUX Debbie Kerns.

Debbie was wonderful! She took the time to really understand my needs/wants/desires and was able to help me find the home that checked all my boxes. She was extremely communicative and supportive, walking me through all my countless questions and concerns as a first time home buyer. Very accessible and caring as well. I would definitely work with Debbie again and recommend her.
