It seems like a cliche to choose "excellent" for every aspect of Debbie's work, but I truly feel that we got nothing but the absolute best from her. She counseled us to get an inspection six months before we put the house on the market and in fact we found several things that we needed to do that would have been deal breakers had we found out after listing. We made and documented all of the repairs and by the time it came to list, the house was in immaculate shape. Her strategy of listing on Thursday and reviewing offers on Tuesday worked beautifully.
