Planning to sell a home is an enormous undertaking. I can not imagine being able to systematially get everything done without Debbie's guidance, assistance, and input. We approached Debbie a few years before the actual sale of our home because we knew we were leaving the area. She kept in touch and got us moving on long term improvments so that we were not frantically trying to get everything done at once.
