Debbie Kerns was an excellent choice to be our listing agent. Just as we put our house on the market, the entire sale landscape changed. Houses like ours that had been selling in a week or two began to sell more slowly and the anxiety that can cause was quickly allayed by Deb. She's knowledgeable and smart and she has excellent instincts. She's also calm, collaborative, upbeat, and professional, welcome traits in an agent when doubts about the sales strategy are dogging the sellers.
