Deb was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to help us in the sale of our home. We decided rather quickly to sell our home of 28 years and she helped us through making sure things went smoothly as well as realizing this was an emotional time for us. She also helped on the other end with the purchase and doing most of the work the other realtor should have done. We encountered some issues with the property we were buying and she made sure everything was done (again this should have been the other realtors job). She was amazing throughout the entire process. Deb is all of the above. She was always prompt with communications, extremely helpful on both ends of the sale. Respectful to all the real estate agents. She kept us on track with all the things we needed to do before the sale of our house and wrote a very detailed list of items to be completed before we sold our house. She guided us through the entire process. You can't go wrong with working with Deb. Even though she had other clients at the time and some were in the process of closing, she made us feel like we were the most important clients and made time for us at all times.
