Denise Amato

Denise went above and beyond to help us get our first home. We fell in love with the place at first sight but there were several issues revealed in the inspection that were worrying. Through tough negotiations and alot of quotes and research, Denise was able to get $15k in repairs to our newly restored home paid for by the seller prior to closing. It was such a relief that we could still get our dream home and have the concerns addressed and paid for. Denise made sure we were aware of every step of the process and felt our triumphs and issues with us. It felt like she was really with us on this journey and I can't imagine anyone else helping us get here today. Thank you Denise!

I am a first time homebuyer and the overall experience working with Denise was astonishing. Denise listen to what it was that I was looking for in a house as well as my needs to accommodate my lifestyle and family. She scheduled many showings of houses that I wanted to veiw and took those details to bring other listings to my attention that were far more suitable to my liking. Denise was easy to communicate with and received prompt responses to my many questions. My realtor guided me through the process answering all my questions and concerns while bringing certain aspects to my attention that would've come as a surprised without her knowledge making the stressful ordeal of buying a house surprisingly easier. I am very grateful to have had her as my realtor and to find the perfect house that I can call my home.
