Denise went above and beyond to help us get our first home. We fell in love with the place at first sight but there were several issues revealed in the inspection that were worrying. Through tough negotiations and alot of quotes and research, Denise was able to get $15k in repairs to our newly restored home paid for by the seller prior to closing. It was such a relief that we could still get our dream home and have the concerns addressed and paid for. She had my best interest in mind while also making sure that the buyers had a fair outcome. She took her time in researching the correct amount to list my home and then made time to explain that research to me. The appraisal came back perfect because she took her time when determining that amount, based on the surrounding market. She provided me with all the tools/information necessary when it came to choosing the right timeline to list my home while also purchasing another (with her as my realtor during that process as well). If there was ever a moment where she was unable to answer a question, she utilized her resources/colleagues and got to back to me within a reasonable time.
