Eileen was great to work with and understood our needs. She ensured our home was well prepared and was able to sell it quickly.

We needed to choose from three realtors for a relocation sale and she was by far the best choice. I’d use Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt again for sure! Very professional, personal, thorough, and kind.

We've worked with Eileen in the past and she was our first choice to work with when we were ready to buy and sell. Eileen is excellent to work with, is attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We have worked with Eileen in the past and had a great experience. When the time came to sell and buy a new house Eileen was the first person we thought of.
