As we were SELLING our home, we wanted someone who could sell well. We found that person in Eileen

We already knew Eileen from living in the community and we knew that we could trust her to be honest and work her hardest to help us sell our home and find our new home. Eileen showed us homes in areas that we expressed interest in. Then she listened to us as we kept looking and helped us find the perfect home in the perfect location that had the most important details we were seeking. She made sure that everything closed on time, even when there were a few bumps in the road coming from the other party. Eileen handled everything with grace and professionalism, and made the process of selling our home of 29 years rather simple. She gave us great guidance. Eileen is the epitome of a empathetic and professional realtor. Absolutely no pressure, and always acts with her clients’ best interests in mind. She also worked with our son in buying his first home during our buying process, and I truly would not have entrusted him to anyone else. Eileen is probably the hardest working agent I have seen, but she seems to do everything without stress and with a true love for her clients. Eileen is the best! We couldn’t have done this without her! Truly!

90 % of my calls to Eileen were answer by her vs voicemail. If my anxiety would get high she would walk me through each step very calmly. She was over the top supportive and very kind. An example : When I was having difficulty with stress and would text my Kansas City realtor I got back a text “ I’m sorry” When I text Eileen she called at once. She gave me some very good information about moving to DM for Kansas City. She did not judge me when I shared I had old issues with anxiety. In KC at the 11 hour my buyers there were being very difficult with issues I had no control over. Eileen saved the day and I will always be very grateful . She is a 100 % professional and I feel like I have a caring friend in this industry. 5=Stars for Understanding and Clear Communication. Please use me as a reference in the future .
