Eileen promptly returned our calls, and quickly made appointments to show us the properties in which we were interested. She was sensitive to our needs, and made us feel like helping us find the perfect home for us was a priority to her.

We met with a few agents based on recommendations from family and friends. Eileen was by far the most responsive. She always made us feel like we were her top priority.

Eileen Van Kooten - Schmitt was excellent to work with. She worked hard to accommodate our needs as a family. She was always helpful, always available and always patient. I would definitely work with Eileen again if given the opportunity.

She had it sold so fast that we didn't really have a need for advertising online. Another great job by Eileen. She puts in the effort to make sure things go smoothly and to meet and exceed expectations.

Eileen was amazing to work with through this process. She explained things clearly and was always up front and honest. She was able to talk us down when we were worrying. She is fantastic and I know we will work with her in the future, if needed.
