We had a high level of trust in Eileen.

I would highly recommend Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt as a realtor. The process could not have been easier. She is knowledgeable, organized, efficient and friendly. I have enjoyed working with Eileen.

I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt. She made it very easy for us in selling our home. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I can't recommend Eileen enough. You'll be happy you went with her.

I cant say enough good things about Eileen. She was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I aren't always the easiest customers to please but, she definitely surpassed our high expectations. After find our dream home, we knew we needed to move quickly. Eileen helped us get it for a price that fit in our budget. She also sold our existing home within 7 days for above asking price. Who could ask for more? This was my first time buying/selling a home (a second for my husband). We've all heard that moving can be one of the most stressful times in someone's life, needless to say we were nervous. Eileen made it EASY. She is extremely punctual, friendly, and organized. Having 3 kids and both working full-time, it can be difficult to remember everything. Eileen managed the entire selling/buying process for us. She truly goes above-and-beyond; During the final walk through, our buyers noticed that the sink in our bathroom was slow to drain. Eileen "unclogged" the drain and removed the hairball plugging it. Wow! She even helped watch our kids at our new house while my husband and I met with a contractor. I could go on-and-on about how wonderful she is. I will most definitely recommend her to everyone I know! In fact, I wouldn't want to go through the process without her. Thanks Eileen!!

Eileen was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Eileen is kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist in the sale of my previous home AND the purchase of my new home! She was timely in our communication and answered all of my questions -- no matter how small. She did everything possible to make this process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Eileen as a broker --she will not disappoint you!

Eileen was extremely patient with me,and I took a lot of her time. She was there to help at every turn, even thought it was a small sale. She never made me feel like I was putting her out or taking her time, unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past.

Eileen was always ready to answer our questions no matter the time of day. She worked hard to make sure we knew all of the aspects of not only the sale of our house, but the purchase of our next. She also gave us reminders to keep us on track in getting various aspects ready on our house. She put us at ease and made the sell of our house as simple as possible.

Love Eileen! She took so much time to walk us through this process. She was quick to answer our questions and to get us the help we needed, when we needed it. After the purchase of our home Eileen has continued to be an amazing resource for us as we begin our journey of home ownership!

Eileen did an amazing job in the purchasing of our new house and the selling of our old house! I am a very detailed oriented person and can be a hard to please customer. I will only recommend people or businesses to others when I received excellent service and this is what Eileen provided. If you are looking to buy or sell you won’t be disappointed if you choose Eileen Van Kooten – Schmitt and your realtor.
