Eileen was easy to work with and takes care of you. She makes sure different things don't slip through the cracks and keeps looking out for you even after you close on your home!

She is wonderful to work with! She is confident in her abilities and that made me very comfortable with any suggestions she had and knowing things were being done correctly and handled with care! I know she had other clients she was working with at the same time but she always made me feel like a priority and balanced her workload very well. She always came across as giving 100%! Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt is very easy to talk to and does a wonderful job handling all aspects of the sale and also manages to keep you smiling along the way! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!!

She has the passion, knowledge, energy, contacts with lenders, and a sincere desire to help us find the home we needed, on a very limited budget with room for 4 adults. Not a small task! Best realtor I have ever worked with. We will be contacting Eileen again when we are ready to "upgrade". He made herself available 24/7 practically, so I didn't have to worry about time off from a new job. She stayed in touch even when we hit a dry streak of home choices, and she kept the lender in the loopen as needed, which sped up the process, as I got more timely feedback all the way around.

With no expectations or experiences being first-time homebuyers, Eileen made us very comfortable with the process from the start. We had a great experience working with her and are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Eileen makes each and every interaction personal and every client feel valued.

Eileen is excellent person to work with. She was very professional and helpful. I didn't have so much knowledge on buying a house. She made the process go soo smoothly. As a first time home buyer, I would recommend her to anyone since she is so reliable.

I met Eileen at an open house she was hosting. She was so easy to talk to, and she contacted me the next day to see if there was anything she could for me. We ended up talking on the phone for quite some time, and I decided she was the agent I wanted to use to buy and sell a home. Eileen worked very hard to sell my home. She had to sell it twice as the financing for the first buyers did not go through. She resold it in less than two weeks the second time also. When you first meet her, you know that Eileen is the person you want to help you. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. I have shared her name with many people who I think may need a real estate agent. She will also be helping my daughter find a new home near mine when she moves to Iowa the first of the 2017.

Dedicated, prompt, communicator, trustworthy, patient, all great words to describe my experience with Eileen! Eileen was extremely patient and always responded to my text or emails very promptly. I feel as though I was current almost as soon as she received a response. There was never a time when I wondered what she was doing on my behalf, she made sure I always knew. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her services if I ever decide to sell!
