She is the Best!!

I highly recommend Eileen VanKooten-Schmitt as your personal realtor. She listened to what was important to us and gave sound advice to reach our goals. She did a great job showing our home and gave us constant feedback on what was said during the showing. I feel she is very honest, having someone trustworthy is great peace of mind in a real estate transaction. She was always available to give advice months before we were ready to list. We felt confident she was giving our home listing a priority effort. I appreciate her professional and understanding approach in marketing very much.

It was a wonderful experience having Eileen as my Real Estate Agent.

What can I say, Eileen is awesome! She assisted us from the very beginning with the preparation of the sale of our condo to the purchase of our new home! She provided tips/suggestions to make the best of our showing of our condo. She was very easy to work with and did everything she could, to be available to us for the million questions we had about the process, :) For me, that was probably the part that stood out the most, her willingness to stay in contact with us from start to finish! She put my mind at ease by being readily available whether it was a phone call, an email or a text. Throughout the process, I never was left with that feeling of "what now", She always explained the process to my husband and I and let us know what we could expect. Everything went very smooth. On a personal level, I feel like I have gained an amazing friend as well throughout this process, :) If you are looking at selling or buying or both, I highly recommend Eileen! She has a way of connecting with people. She is very confident in what she does, so she immediately made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made.

We saw a property we were interested in pursuing on the internet, listed by Century 21. I called and spoke with a gentleman, he said he would contact the realtor who could help us with it. Very shortly, I received a call from Eileen Van Kooten - Schmitt. She was very helpful and very willing to rearrange her schedule to make our needs her TOP priority! She has maintained this position throughout our period of property searching; with great patience and consideration of our situation, timeline and goals. Eileen's organizational skills are superior, and we had absolute faith she would complete the purchase transaction/closing in it's entirety with accuracy. To accommodate our limited available time to tour properties, Eileen arranged for another realtor to assist her with showing us property, to maximize our viewings. The assisting realtor (Angela) was a delight and very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs.

Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt came recommended to me by friends and family & I quickly found out why. As a first-time buyer it was great to work with someone who was so dedicated and attentive to her craft. She made the whole process as painless as possible and was always there to help answer my many questions along the way. Not to mention the many home tours she took me on over several months while I held out for the perfect place, her patience was greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend Eileen to anyone!

Eileen was always there for me when I would call with questions. If she didn't have the answer I was looking for, she found it and got back to me promptly.
