Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to find and close on a home in a very short time frame. Quite frankly, we didn't believe it could be done. But our decision to move forward with Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt as our real estate agent was the very best decision we made in the entire process. Everything was completed on time, and Eileen gets all of the credit! She made herself available on short notice on multiple occasions, always took her time with us, gave us great advice, always followed through with what she said she would do, and always stayed on top of various details. Eileen is a terrific real estate agent, and became our friend. We recommend her highly!

Eileen was very positive. She showed great friendship in guiding us through. She is full of smiles and ready to help us in smooth transaction to our new home. We would always remember her great help. Thank you so much Eileen.

Eileen Van Kooten-Schmitt represented us so well. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. She was always one step ahead of what was happening. We never felt in the dark, she kept us informed. She used her networks and contacts to make this house purchase a fantastic experience.

She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in buying my first house. 10/10. I would recommend her to everyone.

Eileen is dedicated to her clients and has great follow through with each step. Eileen was a BeautiControl director and I was a consultant under Eileen. She was always very detail oriented and personable so I felt she would also do a great follow through with reality too and we were correct. Our home sold the day after listing so we really didn't have much to do with anyone other than Eileen who directed us in staging our home and signing papers.

My husband and I originally weren't planning on using an agent but we are certainly glad we did. Eileen listened to what we needed and really helped steer us through the process. She was a delight to work with and would use her again if we ever move again!
