This was a tricky tenant situation. The manor needed to be sold, tenant needed assistance and Liz Collins went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accomplish that goal in a VERY timely way. Her communication skills, combined with knowledge and expertise with other property professionals was EXACTLY what we'd hoped for and needed. We cannot overestimate the excellence of her service.

Excellent broker in every important factor: expert knowledge of local market, esp. Laguna Woods village, trustworthy in her advice, negotiations n detail knowledge of the intricacies of LWV process n admin. She's professional but friendly, communicative n always available. She's also extremely helpful in sourcing handyman, service providers n practical tips to move in smoothly. Overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend her, esp. for LWV.

A wonderful person to work with, Liz Collins is the ultimate professional. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and we can honestly say that we have never, ever known an agent who worked so diligently and tirelessly as Liz did to bring our sale to completion. We live in NJ, so Liz simply put the entire sale on her shoulders to not only use all her knowledge, experience, and connections to get our LW co-op primed and ready for sale, but within 3 days of going on the market she brought us a fantastic offer that we could only have dreamed of getting. Liz goes well beyond anything that we have ever gotten from other agents... I’ve already told Liz that she deserves her own show on tv, demonstrating how to put your client’s needs first and putting their minds at ease by overcoming every obstacle with a most positive attitude. Straight out: if you don’t go with Liz you’ll only be hurting yourself!!

We had several problems with the Trust of this estate and Liz guided us through to making contact with the appropriate resources. She is kind and patient!

Liz was very prompt via text and telephone. She was on top of all things related to the purchase.
