Liz was friendly, very enjoyable to work with. Would recommend her highly.

I had a short, but wonderful relationship with Liz. She and her daughter walked us throw the whole process and was always there when questions needed to be answered. The short relationship was because the property sold the first day on market. I feel this is because in was a good property to be purchased, but also because Liz and team kept or expectations on a price realistic. Thank you so much Liz. Both Liz and her daughter were wonderful to work with. I had to sell and buy a few homes in my day, but now were as smooth and fast as this sale.

Liz did a great job staying on top of the deal/ paperwork and pushed everyone for a quick close! Thanks! I intend to use her services for our next purchase!

We could not ask for a better agent than Liz. Any time we had a question she got the answer right away. She went out of her way to be helpful and give advise. We would definitely recommend Liz

Liz is wonderful! She went above and beyond in many ways to get the house sold. We could not be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Liz helped our tenant find another rental, organized cleaners, provided recommendations for electricians, etc. She even held open house on aster weekend. Liz is dedicated to her clients and does what is needed to get the job done. Thank you Liz for everything.

Liz did outstanding job in showing info on other similar properties Liz Collins was an excellent realtor. She went over and beyond all that one could expect, and assisted me in many ways. I would not hesitate to recommend her highly to anyone who wished to sell or buy a home.
