Emily is well-known in the CDA community and has a great reputation. It's know she is very successful. I liked her "get-to-know-me" video on her business website. She came across as very sincere and likeable, and someone I would enjoy working with. Emily was always very responsive and available for questions. Yes, special applause for her assistant Carly Goodlander. She took care of arranging repairs on my house and was always very pleasant and responsive to everything.

It is very difficult to find an excellent agent. Emily is an excellent agent.

Any time we had a question and contacted Emily, she was right back to us...we never had to wait at all. It was very positive. We felt really good about dealing with Emily and the buyer's agent as well.

Emily is an experienced knowledgeable and professional agent who we would use again and refer to others with confidence. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of her work - diligent , timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area and the properties she represents .

Emily was very responsive and that was what I desired in agent. That made her my first and best choice. Carly Goodlander was excellent in every way! Great service, extremely helpful. Always cheerful and ready to assist.

I've been working with Emily Beutler for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier. We have purchased several properties and have sold a few and she has been involved in all those transactions and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. I have worked with several brokers over the years across the country and Emily is the best in the business. I would strongly recommend Emily Beutler, she will exceed your expectations.

I've worked with Emily for several years now with various real estate opportunities. I always contact her for help getting the best value for my needs. Will continue to use her from here on out.

Emily was amazing and on top of all my requests. She knows so much about the local area and homes available but is also realistic and honest. She was professional and amazing to buy a home from. Thank you!!

We were buying and selling at the same time in Kootenai County with some complicated finances on the part of our buyer, Emily worked wonders in getting it done! I was amazed at the skill and talent she demonstrated in getting it done. A truly great job!
