He helped me through all the Kafka esque intricacies that feel ovehelming for someone who has never sold a house before.

Eric is our family broker,he's the best. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Amy. Like I said he's the only broker we work with, we trust him implicitly.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent! Eric is incredibly knowledgable and knows the ins and outs of the entire industry. He was always ready to meet me at potential houses and did a thorough walkthrough of each one. Super quick with all contracts/paperwork and always kept me in the loop! I highly recommend Eric and Century 21 Winklhofer to anyone looking.

Eric Winklhofer was highly recommended by a very close life time friend of mine whose judgement is well trusted. Eric was very understanding with me dealing with tenants who would not leave..took 7 months to evict because of NY state eviction laws and who were trying to sabotage the sale of the property. I have nothing but good things to say about Eric's total professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone I know who would be in the market to by or sell.
