Jackie Hawkinson

Jackie Hawkinson was incredible. She understood immmediately my concerns and questions. She stood by me all the way through the difficult process of selling my house. I totally trusted her good advice and experince. She really went out of her way to help me, often literally helping me to organize and pack up boxes. I highly recommend her as a most competent and outstanding realator.

Jackie Hawkinson was a fantastic agent who helped me close on a property in a competitive neighborhood in Waltham, MA. She helped me refine the parameters for what I was looking for in a property and guided me toward houses that she felt would be a strong fit for me. Jackie demonstrated a firm grasp of the pros/cons of each property we visited and was able to provide both tactical and strategic advice on how to negotiate & tailor my offer(s) to each property. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking to "break-in" to the highly competitive real estate market in Boston.

Selling a house is far more challenging than buying one! Jackie Hawkinson is amazing and made the seemingly impossible happen in 2 months. She thoroughly explained the comps on recently sold houses and knew the demands of potential buyers. We had an older home that needed a great deal of work in order to receive our desired price and we had to get it ready fast. Jackie had contacts for every detail and her follow through is 100%. From contractors to inspectors, repairmen, estate sale guidance and interior staging, she was in charge. Always professional and unusually calm. She obtained an excellent offer on our property in 5 days. Totally outstanding. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Jackie. Barrett Sothesby in Lexington also has a top marketing program and high level of expertise for all the details. This combination of a top agent and agency is a winning one.
