Jackie Hawkinson frequently partners with our listing broker, Mary-Lou McDonough. They worked together to transform our home from lovely to remarkable. I never worked with brokers who worked so hard on a listing. My experience has been that the listing broker gathers information, inputs it into a data base, has a broker's open house, and an open house, the sale happens after a month or so, and the broker gets their commission. This was not the case with Jackie and Mary-Lou. They worked very, very hard to make the property as wonderful as possible in order to get the best value possible.
