Marketing was different than usual because of the corona virus (no hard copies of any materials), but Jackie did a great job, both informing us of what was currently available, and lining up appointments to show the house, keeping strict adherence to Covid restrictions (masks, gloves, showings limited to 2 people plus their broker by appointment only, no kids, etc.) Jackie brought in Mary Lou McDonough for consultation at one point, and she was equally excellent - very impressed! One of the above answers how long it took to sell our house, and the smallest amount of time was 2 weeks or less. Our house sold at the 2nd open house on Sunday, May 10 (Mothers Day - I considered cancelling the OH because of the "holiday"), and we had 6 competitive offers on "offer day," Tuesday May 12! That was 4 days after it was listed!

Can't say enough good about her. Photographer was excellent, friendly, and interesting to know. Took us through a difficult phase of our life - major downsizing, selling, and moving. Her support was key to making this possible at all, and to keeping it as positive as possible. Jackie is a consummate professional and was a calm, wise and helpful presence in every phase of a difficult process. And yes, she got us a great result!

Jackie assisted my daughter and me and displayed super good patience with a seller who was a bit difficult. Thanks, Jackie!

Many years ago, my husband and I reached out to Jackie to ask her advice on the value that finishing our basement might add to our current home. She prepared a full assessment of our property and gave us sound advice. She did not charge for this service, and we felt immensely grateful for it. MANY years later, we reached out to her to help us find a new home. Jackie is such a personable, gentle and thoughtful individual. At no point did we feel we were frustrating her (our search took two years!). She seemed to take each "no, not this one" dismissal in stride and still kept her eye out for us, and encouraged us toward the end when it truly felt we were not going to ever find the right house. We are certain we would not have had our bid accepted without the counsel of our agent.
