We have used Jared twice now as our realtor. Once to buy, and a second time to buy and sell. And just like a good whiskey he has gotten better with time. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with.

Great job Jared. Closing out of state was seamless and very professional.

Jared was friendly, professional, and awesome about getting our questions answered and helping us understand each part of the process. He was absolutely the biggest factor in taking us from "we don't know what we're doing" to closing on our house. We really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to our friends!

I would highly recommend Jared for anyone and be recommending him to my friends and family in the area. As a first time home-buyer my Fiancee and I felt confidant in his ability to help us navigate and understand the process. He also was incredibly helpful when looking at houses to understand our desires for a home and communicate to us honestly about the homes. Jared is A++

Jared Van Cleave is the first real realtor of my life. My friend recommended him to me and that's why I chose him. He was always professional and friendly. Jared did his best to provide us as much information as possible. And he responded very quickly when I sent emails or messages. Overall, I am happy with working with him and would recommend him to my friends.

Jared Van Cleave's superior knowledge of local markets, encouragement to seek a variety of financing options, extremely fast response time, and negotiation skills are the reason we were able to win the bid on the type of home we've wanted for years. His advice over the years of how to get the best bang for our buck with specific home improvements was invaluable. At his encouragement, we listed our home for more than we thought we could get and still sold it above asking price. Jared is among the best real estate agents you can find in the Ames area.

Jared was really great!! He was very professional and kept us aware of the progress through every step. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We would definitely use him again!!
