When we were getting close to being ready to sell our house we did not know who to use, there are a couple acquaintances that sold real estate but were not easy to find or not actively working. Jared Van Cleave put a lot of effort into the sale of our house, I could not be happier with the way things worked out. Jared Van Cleave is a honorable man and I will recommend to everyone that asks me about real estate.

When Jared visited the house for a close look, he showed his knowledge and appreciation of 1950s homes, their construction, etc. When I told Jared that I was down to 2 brokers, Jared and another, he provided additional helpful information and displayed further knowledge and appreciation of the type of modest house I had and its neighborhood that tipped the balance in his favor. He provided comparison information from similar homes and neighborhoods. He and the other broker identified similar problems with the house, but had different ways to deal with them. Both had similar sales strategies, but I felt Jared's was more realistic. The sale process went smoothly. He was very quick to respond to my questions and never rolled his eyes. We were in perfect agreement on the sales strategy. Jared kept me informed on the progress toward closing. Jared was exactly what I needed in a real estate agent.
