Jared was a pleasure to work with in selling our home. He never left any questions unanswered and responded promptly. As first time sellers, he helped make the process simple. Jared was candid, provided clear feedback and managed multiple offers to our advantage. Would 100% ask him to help us sell our next home.

Jared was straight forward to work with when purchasing our home. We appreciated his vast knowledge in construction and appreciated when he would point out quality improvements in houses we toured. Jared kept us encouraged while we looked in a specific neighborhood with rather unique house requirements. Jared answered all our questions and was quick to respond. Would 100% work with him and recommend his services.

Jared Van Cleave got our house on the market quickly with beautiful pictures so the house looked wonderful when viewing online. The first open house was the first weekend the house was on the market and we received several offers as a result.

We checked with friends who had moved in the past few years for recommendations. Jared was recommended more than once! He is a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. He made the process easy for us! Jared had a buyer for our house, guided us through the process, and took care of things when we were out of town. He knows the market and the sellers/buyers he is working with. The first day we met with Jared he had a plan - and it worked!! We would definitely recommend Jared Van Cleave for all of your real estate needs!!

Jared knew our needs and did a great job providing feedback on how to seek our house well and providing timely information to help us do this well.

Jared is very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Very professional, and supportive throughout all stages of the buying process. Jared went out of his way to make sure our homebuying experience was great. We were very impressed with Jared’s warm personality, and strong character. We would be quick to use Jared again in the future, and we will be highly recommending Jared to any friends looking for a real estate agent in Ames.
