Jared listened to what we were looking for, and helped us to find, and purchase the perfect home. We never felt pressured to do something we were uncomfortable with. We always felt that Jared had our best interests in mind. Jared was extremely timely in getting back to us when we had questions. It was a pleasure to work with Jared, and we would recommend him to anyone. We feel that there is not a better realtor than Jared Van Cleave.

He is the best realtor ever. He has assisted us in purchasing several homes through the years. We couldn’t ask for a better realtor. Very personable, trustworthy and respectful. He is so knowledgeable about the housing market. Katie Reideman was very helpful in reminding us what we needed to do. She and Jared work very well together.

Jared is great! If you are looking for an agent who is familiar with the area and you want Ideas And recommendations on how your property can be more attractive to potential purchasers then he is your guy.

Jared has a great long-term perspective on the market and always appreciate his candor, thoughtfulness and thinking about things I wouldn't. He is considerate about the things impacting our family and making sure the home is a good fit for the long-term. Thanks Jared!

Jared Van Cleave is our favorite realtor. We have have used him several times to buy property here in Ames. He is timely, thorough, and is able to assist you in finding the perfect home. He is very trustworthy and is very knowledgeable about the business he’s made as his profession. You can always count on Jared! He’s the best!

Having Jared show me homes felt like having someone in my family show me homes. He had my best interests in mind, not just making a sell. He was quick to point out the good and the bad of properties. Jared helped me think through what I wanted and make the right decision. He was on top of things and prompt on communication, even though I was super rushed and had a chaotic schedule. Jared’s the best! I’d highly recommend him. ‘m
