Jared has arranged for professional pictures of the property, made good suggestions for staging and handled the transaction without a hitch. The home was sold in two days.

Jared found us the perfect house, we looked at only two other houses and he knew it was the one for us. We were skeptical when he had initially told us he found "the one" because we hadn't had too many conversations with him. Jared is a great listener, and very perceptive. We are thankful for him, and all his knowledge he shared with us, as we were first time home buyers. What a blessing the whole experience was! We are in our forever home! Couldn't be more Happy! Thanks to Jared and his team! You are very much appreciated!

Tops in all areas...would highly recommend him to all. Enjoyed him as a person and a realtor.

We had received several recommendations for realtors from friends - but we hadn't had time to meet with these realtors or evaluate them. Jared Van Cleave had recently sold the houses of other friends - and they had good experiences and recommended him to us - and had also given him our name. Soon after Jared came to introduce himself to us when we were having coffee with these friends. He also followed up to inform us he had a young couple who he thought would be interested in our house - so it was very easy for us just to work with him. He was very pleasant and cooperative to work with - and of course - it was very nice for us that he had just the right client for our house !! So we would be happy to recommend Jared to other sellers - and know he would do all he could to make their home selling experience as simple as possible for them. And best of all - he explains - and handles - all that paperwork for the seller !
