Jared was a fantastic agent. He took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for in a home. He always got back to me quickly. He's very knowledgable and honest. I always knew he was looking out for my best interest. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Jared is honest, timely and super helpful! I felt like he genuinely took care of us and what ever decisions had to be made he would give his honest opinion but it felt like it was for our best interest. He never came off pushy or salesman like. His knowledge helped give us a lot of reassurance as well. We've dealt with a realtor who was a newbie and it was a nightmare, I'm pretty sure we called Jared more asking for his advice and input on our new move in a different town. He's seriously awesome!

Jared sold our friends' home very quickly and they highly recommended him. They have high standards and I knew that if they were satisfied, it was worth interviewing Jared for the sale of our home. A friend of mine was with me as I interviewed Jared, and I didn't realize that she used to work for realtors so when she was impressed, it further encouraged me. He also understood our position and that listing it at a price that my husband was comfortable with, which was higher than Jared was initially comfortable with, was critical. My husband was impressed with Jared and Laura when we met with them again, and we both felt heard and understood. He and Laura were accommodating, gracious and kind. They are people that I was glad to meet and that I like. I truly enjoyed all communications with Jared and Laura. They are good people to deal with and enjoyable as well. Always professional yet caring. I recommended Jared to my sister-in-law, and Jared sold her home immediately. I have recommended him often to others, even those living in the Des Moines area where we now reside. It was a very good experience. It was extremely difficult to part with this home and came at a difficult time, when I had to be out of the state for a few weeks, but they made the process easier. Jared and Laura sold our home in 28 days!

Jared is an excellent realtor; trustworthy and his ability to sell my house in 9 days was amazing. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

This is our first time to buy a home. Thanks for Jared's great help. Jared is a professional, knowledgeable and patient broker. The communication with Jared is always efficient and helpful. I would strongly recommend Jared to my friends.

Jared did a wonderful job on all aspects of getting my home ready to sell. He always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. He was very patient, kind and thoughtful in every way. I very much appreciated his real estate expertise! When my son bought his first home in Ames, Jared was very helpful and worked extremely hard to find him his first home. When it was time for me to downsize, I immediately thought of Jared and wanted to work with him to sell my home and help me find my new home. He was successful all around. Jared is a hardworking, caring, and very professional. I have and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Jared Van Cleave is an amazing realtor with an outstanding reputation. His word of mouth recommendations from former clients, and reputation within the community was a critical factor for us when selecting his services. Jared Van Cleave helped us get the best offer for our home! He even fielded offers and helped negotiate while away at a family reunion. His dedication and swift action helped us sell our home in one day and for 10,000 over asking!!! Jared Van Cleave and Century 21 has an amazing team. Laura Weems was exceptionally helpful dealing with closing details and proceeds. We have used Whitney Funkhouser for all our buying needs and she always does an amazing job of giving an accurate picture of the market. It was her recommendation that encouraged us to sell our home and purchase our dream home. She was even spot on with the amount she said we could get. Whitney is amazing!!! Now that we purchased our very own dream home, we may not need Jared or Whitney's services anytime soon, but we will gladly recommend them to all our friends and family.
