Jared Van Cleave understood what my needs were and directed me to what I was looking for in a home. He excelled in negotiating with difficult sellers. And was awesome at helping me to visualize my "new home" with some simple changes. Jared communicated extremely well with me. He answered all phone calls, e-mails and text messages with extreme swiftness. I never had to wonder if he was doing his best to help me find a new home to live in. He was always there for me.

Jared is very professional in all of our dealings with him. He has assisted us with all six houses we have bought in the last several years. He has much knowledge about the profession he is in and I have great trust in him.

Jared Van Cleave is great! This is our second time using him for a home purchase and I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
