Great guy to work with. He has great values concerning his work ethic and family which we can totally agree with. He never once dropped the ball. He didn't get all jittery when finding out the loan closing was going to be delayed for couple days. He is a great guy and worked very hard between us and the seller's to make sure everyone knew what was going on and what the next step would be. We really felt Jarred went in and above to make everything work for everyone involved.
