My wife and I have worked with Jared Van Cleave to both buy and sell our home in Ames. Jared combines an incredible blend of expertise and friendliness. He strives to understand the needs of his client and the current market to achieve the best possible results! We highly recommend utilizing Jared for your real estate needs!

If you don't have someone like Jared in today's real estate market you are doing yourself a huge disfavor. He is the best at what he does. His ability to help you win at all stages of the real estate cycle truly sets him apart from all others in the area. I've used Jared for multiple transactions and trusted him to help with moving my parents to Iowa from out of state. Jared comes highly recommended!

Jared was so intentional about communicating with us and finding a house that fit our interests. He always sent us information about houses on the market, and answered any questions we had about the house purchasing process. We always felt like Jared had our best interest in mind.

Jared was awesome and helped me through the whole proccess. He was very professional and had a good plan/strategy from the begining. He guided me through the negotiation process flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for an agent in the central Iowa area.

Jared was excellent to work with. He communicated extremely well and was diligent in finding the house that fit us. He was also very personable and kind to our family. We loved working with him!

My wife and I have now used Jared Van Cleave twice as a buying agent and now for the first time as our selling agent. We can't say enough to how great of an agent Jared is. Jared's knowledge of the market and committment to his clients sets him apart from the rest. No question, concern, or request was too much for him, and he provided great guidance throughout the entire buying and selling processes. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend Jared to anyone seeking the best of the best when it comes to buying and selling your home in Central Iowa!

Jared was absolutely amazing! He was always available when we needed him, was willing to show us any house we wanted to see and would thoroughly go through each home with us. If something didn't look right, he would mention it. He helped us make a very clean offer and we were able to get our first house even with other offers in!
