I find Jared to be very Professional and Knowledgeable. My wife and I have had several sales with Jared and have been very happy with each experience

Jared has represented me first as buyer. He was so pleasant, helpful, and efficient that when I was ready to sell I did not even consider going to someone else. The selling process went as well as the buying process. I cannot imagine how the sale could have brought more money or gone more smoothly with any other agent.

Jared does a great job!

Jared was always free to show me a house when I wanted and he was able to provide important information when touring the homes that I didn't notice. He made the buying process easy and he always answered quickly when I had a question. Great overall experience, I will recommend Jared to anyone in the Ames area!

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Jared! We tried FSBO briefly and quickly realized we were in over our heads so we asked Jared for his help. Without any hesitation, he jumped right in and got our house sold in under 2 weeks. He's knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. He walked with us through the stress of selling our house to move out of state and did it with a calmness that we needed. Thank you, Jared. We will miss seeing you around Ames!

Jared has been great to work with. We have been looking at homes for nearly 2 years or more to find our perfect forever home in Iowa. He showed us over 50 homes! Finally, we were able to find the perfect location. The demand was very high and it has been very hard to find listings that matched our needs. He has always been patient and understanding. We would highly recommend his services. Thanks Jared! Eric & Lyndsey

Jared is the best! We sold on contract which was new for us. Jared handled it very well! Have experience with Katie Reideman in the past. Also Isaac in the office. Both are very personable.
