I couldn't say a single bad thing about our experience with Jared. It's very clear that he is passionate about what he does, and we felt very cared for in our home buying experience. One thing that felt unique about Jared that we were very grateful for as first-time homebuyers is his background in building homes. There were many instances where we learned to watch for something we didn't know about or where we found something we wouldn't have found because of Jared's history building homes. There wasn't a piece of a house that Jared didn't have some helpful knowledge of. When we eventually found the house we bought the things we learned from him were very helpful!
