Jason helped us purchase our first house. Right off the bat, he surprised me by demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and meticulousness to detail. I had dealt with real estate agents before, but it was clear right away that I was in for a superior experience. I was also drawn by his incorporation of technology and modern sales platforms. But what I needed most was a head strong realtor who could go up against some big names in the area. I was up front with Jason about this need, and he did not hesitate accepting the challenge. I won't lie, I was a high needs client. But that wasn't a problem. As we continued to work with Jason, it became clear how dedicated he was to his work. He was available at all waking hours to field calls, ready at a moments notice to jump in the car and check out a lead. His approach to realty is systematic and detailed. Jason Abougoush not only used all the tools possible to market our property he went over and above by having it cleaned, went in before every showing and opened blinds and made sure it smelt fresh (home was empty).
