I just wanted to let everyone know that if you need a realtor, Jason is the only one to use! I recently had to relocate to the Okanagan for work, this is the third house that I have purchased. We started looking on-line for housing which was not that easy, as we had a very long list of requirements. We contacted Jason with our needs and he seemed confident that he would be able to find what we were looking for. We made the 4 hour trip up to meet Jason and look at the places that he found for us. The first day we did find a suitable property but not perfect. The next day Jason was able to find a few more suitable properties to look at. The second showing was absolutely perfect for us as it fit all our requirements. We then came back home to the Fraser valley. Jason then took over for us, he suggested the offer and got us a great deal. Then proceeded to call and arrange the home inspector, water inspection, well test, home insurance etc etc, everything needed to purchase a home. If it weren't for Jason I'm sure this transaction would not have worked. After taking possession Jason again called to make sure everything was good and then he mentioned if we ever need anything he is ours for life, I feel like he is a part of our family now.
